Deliberate and effective exercises to improve posture, strength, and body awareness.
This class strengthens the body in neutral spine to promote healthy and functional movement.

STRETCHING, MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY

Realignment of all postural meridians. Range of motion and mobility of joints. Flexibility to gain height and length.

STRENGTHENING

Focus on core/pelvic floor, hips/glutes, and spine to support a strong foundation for good posture.

BREATHING, MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS

Connecting breath and movement for a deeper practice. Each class begins and ends with a moment of meditation and mindfulness.
