In a private yoga + mindful movement session with Stephanie Bellissimo, you’ll have the opportunity to address your physical, mental, and emotional states, your specific needs, as well as your values and personal goals. You’ll deepen your sense of how you move and learn to move with more coordination and decreased effort. 

Each session is designed for you and may include, traditional yoga postures, breath work, strength and mobility exercises, therapeutic touch, and body-centered meditations.

You may benefit from a private session if you’re looking for:

– A personal program to support your wellness goals

– Flexible timing to suit your schedule

– Individual support on a specific health issue or injury

– Take-home notes and/or video tutorials for continuing  a self-guided practice

– The tools to work smart and efficiently within an already established fitness program

 

Your sessions will be tailored to your specific needs and will be a combination of yoga, mindfulness, and movement education. You can expect to experience a combination of the following:

– Somatic awareness (tools to learn about your body from the inside-out)

– Anatomical and kinesiological awareness(tools to learn about your body from the outside-in)

– Restorative yoga

– Dynamic yoga

– Rehabilitative and therapeutic yoga

– Brain/body exercises

– Movement fundamentals
