Before starting at Balans, Maura worked as a nutrition counselor at a weight loss clinic in the Boston area. Quickly, she realized that restrictive diets are not the way to achieve good health. Maura believes in providing the body with nutrient-rich food and enough sleep to restore and heal.
Maura understands the challenges to balance your health, weight, career, relationships, and stress. She enjoys private nutrition consultations and guides individuals to a healthier, happier and more balanced life.
