To guide and help my clients overcome their perceived limitations and to create a stronger sense of body awareness is what motivates me in my work as a Strength & Movement Trainer. My areas of expertise are: weight loss and weight management, strength & conditioning and post rehabilitative work. A great portion of my inspiration stems from the innovative training methods developed by Mike Boyle and Gray Cook, both of whom are leaders in the fitness industry and in functional movement. Finally, a genuine and caring personality with depth of knowledge and experience is what appeals to my clients.
