I have been going to Laila at Balans for more than ten years. Her professionalism and perfection is what makes her stand out from others. She is always positive and warm in her greeting. I have recommended her to all my friends. There is honestly no one better in Boston!

I had a deep body message with Amee and facial scrub with Natallia, both very friendly with gorgeous smile while delivering their services. Also, on their work efficiency, they were both marvelous. I would definitally recommend them and schedule more appointmant with them.
