ABOUT THESE CLASSES
Mindful breathing and mindful movement to restore and improve posture. Gentle but effective stretching and strengthening exercises that target the core and spine to bring us back into an upright position.
Achieve less rounded shoulders, reduced neck and back pain, and overall a healthier and more vibrant body!

STRETCHING, MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY

Realignment of all postural meridians. Range of motion and mobility of joints. Flexibility to gain height and length.

STRENGTHENING

Focus on core/pelvic floor, hips/glutes, and spine to support a strong foundation for good posture.

BREATHING, MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS

Connecting breath and movement for a deeper practice. Each class begins and ends with a moment of meditation and mindfulness.
